Create a "Binge Bank"

I saw this post a few days ago:
25 million people, every single year, download Shaan Puri’s podcast. What has Shaan figured out about storytelling?

He spilled the beans in our new chat. Here's how he does it:
1. A story is a five second moment of change. A story is not a sequence of events; it's about… pic.twitter.com/WxHIkYYRWG
I disagree with some of Puri's ideas about story. I think might stem from the fact that he's interested in simple stories that can be used for marketing purposes.
One of the ideas I like was the concept of a "binge bank" - a set of videos or essays that people can binge on. Stack up material so that when people do go down your rabbit hole, they come out the other side a fan.
I tend to treat each piece of content as some sacred thing that I have to make perfect before sharing it with the world. Mentally, I still live in the old world of content production. You did all of the work BEFORE publishing. I'm learning that speed is the name of the game. Publish now. Iterate later. Put it out there. Let people find you. Refine your thoughts along the way.
